Water cutting, laser and CNC milling Machine

We offer very precise, quality and fast water cutting service (waterjet), laser cutting and milling, depending on the needs of the user and the type of materials to be processed.

There are two CNC 3-axial water-nozzle and CNC 3-axial milling machines and a CNC laser cutter.

• CNC for cutting the water nozzle focusing under heavy pressure on the surface is indicative of 0.04 mm2, and the end result is the possibility of cutting the strongest materials with water. If the hard material is cut, a sand is added to the water that serves as abrasive and helps to cut.

With this way of cutting, we cut the elements from black and non-ferrous metals, steel, PA6, plastics, tires, sealing plates, rubbery cork, Tekstolit, Vitroplast, Pertinaks…

• Laser is a focused light which, if it is strong enough and properly stabilized, can be used for cutting material. We use Laser when cutting items from acrylic plates (plexiglass), PVC Plate (foamlux), five foil etc. If the need arises, we produce a sieve of printing, engraving and making and pasting of labels.

The cutting price is calculated based on the time spent and the type and thickness of the material.
