Different rubber elements are made by networking the mixture of tyres with classical and injectable refilling. The most common types of products we manufacture with these technologies are:

The basic types of tyres used for product production are EPDM, NBR, NR, CR, silicone, Viton. If necessary, combinations of the mentioned mixtures with SBR rubber are possible.

How do I order a product?

Products are manufactured according to your drawing or sample. In addition to the drawing or sample, it is necessary to include information on the type and quality of materials, tyre claims and exposure of the product to certain media in exploitation as well as a sketch that complements certain deformations on the sample.

If you do not have a technical drawing it is desirable to attach the unused sample because from the old and consumed samples it is generally not possible to determine all the dimensions that the customer expects from the sample.

Attach technical drawings in CAD format (e.g. DWG, DXF). If you don’t have a computer-drawn drawing, just a hand-painted sketch, then it will be made in our technical preparation.
